1. Booking Confirmation and Payment: A booking is formally confirmed only upon receipt of a completed and signed booking form along
with a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted fee structure. The balance of 50% must be paid in full at least seven (7) business
days prior to the scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in the structural release of the venue.
2. Cancellation Structures: Cancellations must be made strictly in writing. If cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the booking date,
100% of the total booking fee will remain fully payable. For cancellations between 8 and 14 days before the event, a 75% cancellation fee
will apply.
3. Use of Venue: The client agrees to utilize the venue and its spaces solely for training or organizational events specified in Section 2. No
alterations, structural attachments, or damage to walls, paintwork, or floors are allowed without management approval
4. Equipment Rental Liability: Where standard laptops, desktops, or high-spec hardware are rented, the client accepts complete and
unconditional liability for physical care, loss, or security compromises of the units. KHANO Training Institute reserves the right to charge the
retail replacement cost for any equipment damaged, stolen, or structurally altered. Any damages on equipment or property will be charged
to the client, and non-payment will result in immediate legal action by KHANO.
5. Indemnity and Assets: KHANO Training Institute, its management, and personnel shall not be held liable for any loss, asset damage,
personal injury, or fatal incidents suffered by the client, their delegates, or vendors on the premises. The client completely indemnifies the
institute against such outcomes.
6. External Caterers and Cleanliness: Unless explicitly arranged via an internal premium tier package, the client is responsible for the
removal of third-party catering elements. KHANO reserves the right to enforce a cleaning surcharge of R500.00 if rooms are left in poor
sanitation.
7. Overtime Surcharges: Half-day hires cover up to 4 consecutive hours. Full-day hires cover up to 8 consecutive hours (concluding strictly by
17:00). Any extended usage beyond the booked parameters will automatically be penalized at a progressive rate of R450.00 per hour or part
thereof.
8. Force Majeure: KHANO Training Institute is exempted from fulfilling contractual elements if hindered by acts of God, prolonged national
load shedding, regional water failures, civic unrest, or emergency municipal restrictions.
